“ Dinner last night during Restaurant Week - 5 courses! Everything was terrific, from service through dessert! I hate to keep using exclamation points but in this instance Piccolina Toscano earned them. Outstanding selections with consistent quality from beginning to end. Simply great! ”

“ A lovely Italian restaurant bordering Trolley Square. The service is immaculate as the servers are very attentive and provide anything you need. The food was tremendous and the the drinks were good, although I’d suggest broadening the beer on draught considering draught beer pairs so well with the menu items. We were a larger party so we requested they leave pitchers of water on the table so we wouldn’t have to bother the waitress for water so often, but apparently the owner has a policy of no visible pitchers because it’s a “poor aesthetic.” Anyway we saw plenty of pitchers placed just feet away on a surface way more visible than our dining table. ”

Jessica was very professional, informative and extremely accommodating. Cesare salad was best we’ve had. Mezze rigate alla brasata was outstanding. Can’t wait to go back! ”
“ Went 1/20/25 for dinner. We were 3 people and we had a reservation. We were seated right away and it was 730p and busy. Doug was our waiter and was good and boy was he hustling. We skipped apps and had a bottle of Justin wine and then lamb shank, risotto with wild boar and a hangar steak. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the risotto was huge and a smidge salty but I enjoyed it. The lamb shank was very good. We had ice cream for dessert which was cherry however not a large amount and the two cookies served with it were so sweet I skipped them. I enjoyed dinner and hadn’t been there in a long time. Glad I returned ”
“ Awesome experience for dinner ! Mia was our server she was all smiles, polite and very accommodating! My husband left his cell phone we went right back and Mia was there waiting with it! Food was good and the environment was nice. There was a lady that was making looked like desserts we were watching her while we ate she looked so passionate about what she was doing ! ”
“ Its rare that I offer a restaurateur 5 stars, but in this case I feel its jusitified. PT hits all the right marks, authentic cleverness in their dishes, friendly and knowledgeable waitstaff, and a contemporary casual atmosphere to enjoy it all. We were a party of four, engrossed in catching up with each others lives, as it had been a while and PT played the perfect host. Subtly dimmed but not dark lighting, delicious appetizers and entrees that have a nostalgic old world feel, with a touch of modern culinary nuance. We were served efficiently, not hastily nor slowly, there is also a large cocktail list to choose from if you imbibe, and tempting desserts, should you require further indulgence. I highly encourage you to visit if you haven't, its the right side of very good. ”
